First Nikon CP5400 Pic

  Title

This shows the potted plant in which little Giovanna placed her message on a bottle the other day. I made the image five minutes ago, with my new Nikon CP5400, which came here to Forio d' Ischia from Paris, by way of Brussels, Rome, and Naples. The camera works precisely as advertised, which warms my heart. Now I must go out and make more images!

The flash unit is twice as big and heavy as the camera. But they work perfectly well together.

Basta!

Seven minutes ago Giovanna returned from the village with her dad, and with great reluctance she agreed to pose. I wanted to take a few more but no dice. "Basta!" she said.

Oh, well.
