Here, my little sweetpea, is the table at La Piazzetta where you and I will take our morning coffee before we head out for adventures around the island. As you may know, cappuccino is named after the color of the Capuchin monk's habit, which is dark brown with a white hood. A perfect cup consists of one third rich espresso made with freshly ground coffee beans, one third steamed milk, and the top third the frothy white foam that’s made when milk is steamed. Our waiter, Franco, always adds a grace note: the outline of a heart made with cocoa powder. Delizioso!
